There is only one fee which you pay to participate in the whole meeting:
Included are all workshops (except the flute making workshop) and all lectures, concerts, allspel etc.
For administrative reasons, this fee has to be paid in advance, when you register for the meeting.
If you pay before October 4th, it will be 50 NOK cheaper.
Registration fee prior to 4th October: NOK 580,- or 73 Euro.
Payment later than 4th October: NOK 630,- or 80 Euro.

Accomodation + food in Gjøvik
If you need accomodation in Gjøvik, you have to order it separately.
The Nordic Harp Meeting got a very good offer by the
Hovdetun Youth hostel in Gjøvik, which also includes meals. This makes it much easier for everybody,
we don't need to go down to the town centre to buy expensive meals.
- Single room with bathroom for 3 nights (enkeltrom med bad, 3 døgn): 2400 NOK
- Single room, but bathroom and toilet in the corridor, 3 nights (enkeltrom med dusj og toalett på gangen, 3 døgn): 2100 NOK
- Double room with bathroom per person, 3 nights (to-sengsrom med bad, pris pr. person for 3 døgn): 1800 NOK
- Double room, but bathroom and toilet in the corridor, 3 nights (to-sengsrom med dusj og toalett på gangen, pris pr. person for 3 døgn): 1500 NOK
They also can offer bigger units for more people to stay together. The hostel has got 24 rooms and 13 apartments.
Students/children: NOK 420,- or 52 Euro.
Students/children: NOK 470,- or 60 Euro.
If a cancellation happens prior to October 4th, the full fee will be paid back.
If your participation is cancelled after October 4th, the fee will be repaid minus 10% handling charge.
You have to contact the Youth hostel and order your room before October 4th to make sure you get one.
